Best FTA / HD (mpeg4) and in BISS Encryption TV channels at 30W Hispasat are FOX Sport HD
Sport channels FOX Sport HD are in BISS Encryption, S2 DVB TV channels have perfect resolution 1920x1088.
30W Hispasat , S2 DVB TV channels work only on HD receivers. (example on Openbox s6, Opticum HD x403p, on all HD S2 DVB great receivers.), but S2 DVB TV frequency do not work on receivers who accept only mpeg2 or mpeg4, very good example are old  S DVB receivers –Openbox x-800 or Humax VA-ACE.
Shared frequency at 30W Hispasat are very strong.

Remember channels who are in HD / DVB-S2, you can only look them with HD receiver, with old receivers who accept only mpeg2 S DVB is not possible view HD channels and MPEG 4.
If you decide cheap view Encrypted channels (dvb-s2)- Packages on 30W Hispasat, then you need HD receiver, one of cheapest HD receivers are Opticum HD x403p, with smart card splitter, share card with your neighbor smart card, so paying for pay TV card - smart card half price. With card splitter you can split to 3 or 9 receivers, so if card cost 300 dollar (6 month), you split card Access keys to 2 neighbors, then cards are not so expensive? If you are enjoying TV channel, paying legal is best way to say thank you for great entertainment. But if will be shore, about allowed or not, this method, contact your Pay TV company.)

To get 30W Hispasat you can use any cheap or expensive LNB, and is not necessary align LNB in satellite dish center (of course its depends where you live and how big satellite dish you use).
I use only 94cm offset satellite dishh, and LNB is not in center aligned. Telstar 12  is right in Multi LNB holder aligned, in middle 27.5°W Intelsat 907, left 30.0°W Hispasat , between Telstar 12 and 27.5°W Intelsat 907 is aligned 24.5°W Intelsat 905. This combination work very good in raining days, signal is strong.

I do not know how important EPG is for you, but for me this is very important, to viewing channel, to know what goes after 1 h or 2 h, who don’t know what is EPG, EPG is just like TV menu, but difference is you do not need pay money or invested time to get TV channel schedule. All info you can get simple with EPG.
If I have two the same channel on two different satellites, and one do not have EPG, I can 100% be shore, you use ho have EPG.
And do not forget use channels ho have very good Resolution. 720x576 is standard for s dvb, works on all s dvb mpg2 receivers, but TV channels who have 1920x1088, works only on s2 dvb receivers.
If you are using TV ho have small Resolution, you can not feel difference between 720x576 and 1920x1088, but when use TV with big scream, then you see big, very big deference and you do not get TV channel with 544x576 Resolution.
So perfect TV channels are in your understanding langue, with good Resolution and of course with EPG

So if you will align LNB to 30W Hispasat and you do not know how do this, you have two options, one of them get local satellite dish aligner or do your self. If you decide option number two, good luck. Ups before good luck, I have very good tools and recommendations for you:

1 – check in Satellite Coverage Map if 30W Hispasat is or not available in your town, my recommended links are:
http://www.hispasat.com/
http://www.hispasat.com/media//Hispasat%201E.jpg
And one from my favorites is www.satbeams.com, you can not only check satellite availably in your state, but as well satellite dish elevation, azimuth and LNB skew and plus recommended satellite dish size, what is very important. But in practically not always this information is true what you get in internet (you must experiment a lot), but you can get very good idea how to start.

Click on Satellite Coverage Map to see 30W Hispasat Availably in your state. To find 30W Hispasat you can use any frequency, all are strong.

2 –I promise you, next question will be from you, what a heck …, why black scream on FOX Sport HD channel? Answer is simple, because FOX Sport HD have BISS Encryption. Next question from you, how to open, is possible? Yes, but you must know viewing TV channels without permission is illegal... To view coded channels, you need contact to channel broadcasters, or if is possible you need buy pay Card, but sometimes pay cards is not possible order outside broadcasters country territory (good example from experience is XtraTV channel package, outside Ukraine territory is not allowed view XtraTV pay TV channels, so no way order pay TV card to my country)

If you will learn about BISS and all other Encryption, I recommended visit duwgati web page or serach info in wikipedia.org
in any case, if you don’t have time to serach, In internet are many satellite forums, ho can help you
And now I can say good luck.
